The whole unit is let to one tenant at a time, furnished, on monthly terms with a minimum of one month. It suits companies and independent professionals from anywhere who serve clients in Prague, lead a team here or are on assignment for a few months and need a proper base rather than a desk in a shared floor.
The lease is signed directly with the landlord, who speaks English and German, without an agent. Utilities are included in the rent; the equipment is recorded in an inventory list attached to the lease.

On the agreed day you receive your smart lock code and move in. No key handover, no waiting.
