- At its heart is a 55-inch 4K touch display: present, mirror your laptop or phone wirelessly, or sketch with four pens as on a whiteboard and take the result away as a file. The Logitech MeetUp 2 conference camera keeps everyone in frame automatically in 4K and picks up voices from across the room. Add tables on wheels that connect in any combination, two armchairs as a consulting corner, and an office kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, sink and fridge. Behind it all: the slatted wall with your logo in the backlit display.

- Your retreat for focused work: a desk with Thunderbolt docking station, two monitors, high-quality webcam, keyboard and mouse. One cable and your laptop becomes a full workstation. The acoustic curtain softens calls and street noise, and the two armchairs from the meeting room turn this into a place to unwind. The shower room opens straight from the office.

- Every table is on wheels and connects freely. Two tables in the meeting room, or all three including the office desk as one large group table where up to six people work side by side. Workshop in the morning, solo work in the afternoon: rearranged in five minutes.

Sign the lease with its inventory list, transfer the deposit, done. The unit is reserved for you.
4. Move in
On the agreed day your access code arrives on your phone. Open the door, dock the laptop, get to work.

Tell us briefly from when and for how long you need the office. The landlord replies personally, usually the same day.
