This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and stores no data in a database. Personal data is processed only in the cases described below.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When a page is requested, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This data is kept briefly in server logs and serves only to deliver the website, keep it secure and analyse errors.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation of the website). Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which form part of the data processing agreement with Vercel.

The virtual tour is provided by Panoee (tour.panoee.net). It is not loaded automatically. Only when you click “Start tour” is the content fetched from the provider's servers. At that point your IP address is transmitted to Panoee; the provider may also process technical data about your browser. On mobile devices the tour may, with your permission, use the device's motion sensors to control the view; this sensor data is used only within the tour.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by clicking and end by leaving the page. Without a click no connection to Panoee is made.

If you use the enquiry form, the details you enter (name, company if given, email address, phone number if given, desired period, desired term, message, answer to how you found us) are sent by email to the controller. If the page address contains campaign parameters (so-called UTM parameters, for example from a newsletter link), these are sent with the enquiry so that it is clear which route the enquiry came from. No cookies are set and nothing is stored in your browser for this.

Form data is neither stored nor logged on this website. Delivery uses Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, as a processor. Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The email is kept in the controller's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting lease negotiation.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request). To protect against automated submissions, a form field invisible to humans is used and the number of enquiries per connection is briefly limited; for this, the IP address is held in memory for a few minutes and not stored permanently.

If you contact us directly by email or phone, your details are processed to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The WhatsApp link on this website opens the WhatsApp app or website (WhatsApp Ireland Limited). You leave this website only when you click; WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to processing there.

The link “Open in Google Maps” leads to Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). No map is embedded; data is transmitted to Google only when you click the link.

You have the right of access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, Sofia), which is competent for the controller, or the authority in your place of residence.
